FYI, we jury-rigged rubberband and removeable-tape fasteners which will please no-one but indeed can be removed without damage. Study of Child Growth and Development and Disease Patterns in Primitive Cultures. A further FYI as to contents: a "reprint" was available with a 1967 dating, this at 145p. therefore actually an expansion. We believe that the extra pagination consists simply of additional letters tacked onto the end of the "journal".
