Very nice copy in what could be its first printing. First edition or first printing not stated but no subsequent printings noted. Neat sig of former owners on front pastedown and fep but no other markings. Tight and square. Price intact jacket has a nick near head of spine but no other flaws. His first novel which is rarely found in such nice condition. A novel of Indian fighting at the time of the Custer massacre, and of the love of a renegade scout for the Indian girl who saved his life. In mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7�" - 9�" tall. Insurance is available upon request. Books with jackets are all wrapped in mylar to protect the jacket and carefully packaged. I use bubble wrap, packing peanuts and newspaper filler to supplement. They are then boxed.
