This mint unmarked copy is bound in cloth covered boards with bright gilt titling to the spine, tight, white, bright and square. The unclipped dustwrapper is in mint condition. International postal rates are calculated on a book weighing 1 Kilo, in cases where the book weighs less then postage will be reduced accordingly. Where the book weighs more than 1 Kilo increased charges will be quoted. The North Devon Line runs from Exeter to Barnstaple and is now the only surviving part of the once-extensive railway system which used to serve the region. The 39-mile long line has had a fascinating and, at times, unusual history, which is documented here from the earliest proposals through to the present day. Included are details of the motive power used, the freight and passenger services over the years together with a detailed description of the line, its stations and structures. Ref CCC2.
