Synopsis:
On the morning of July 6 a murder occurs. The famous writer Lucio Maestre is found dead in his hotel suite in Pamplona where he enjoys these parties every year. Alejandro Pedregosa (Granada, 1974) es licenciado en Filología Hispánica y en Teoría de la Literatura. Su producción literaria se inició con dos libros de poemas: Postales de Grisaburgo y alrededores (2001) y Retales de un tiempo amarillo (2002). Su primera novela, Paisaje quebrado, obtuvo en 2004 el Premio de Novela Corta José Saramago. Un año más tarde publicó su tercer libro de poemas, En la inútil frontera. En 2008 publicó la novela El dueño de su historia y el poemario Los labios celestes, con el que ganó el Premio Arcipreste de Hita. En 2010 apareció en Ediciones B Un extraño lugar para morir, su primera incursión en la narrativa policíaca.
