Le climat, ma plan�te... et moi ! est un projet pluridisciplinaire (sciences, histoire, g�ographie, math�matiques, instruction civique...) qui met en avant l'activit� des �l�ves par le questionnement, l'�tude documentaire, l'exp�rimentation et le d�bat. Au cours de ce projet, les �l�ves comprennent les m�canismes du changement climatique, ses origines naturelles ou humaines et ses cons�quences sur la sant� et la biodiversit�.
