The call for papers resulted in a total of 42 submissions from around the world.Everysubmissionwasreviewedbyfourmembersoftheprogramc- mitteeoradditionalreviewers.Theprogramcommitteedecidedtoaccept18 papers, which are arranged into 6 sessions with the result of a strong program.
