1987 Black.Blue Softcover, the primary link between the San Juan, Colorado mines and the east, ISBN 0-9608000-5-0, 134 pages.
Early reprint and it's in great shape. Book has no previous owner markings and is very clean, tight and bright throughout. Jacket in new mylar protector, is not corner-clipped and has minimal edgewear. A tiny, faded area of the orange at lower right corner of front cover is present, but not obvious. It's cosmetic only, not a bit of structural damage. Jacket is way cool, looks better in person than in my photo here. A hard to find Mulford title.

First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Printing of first edition with "First Edition" printed on the copyright page. The book has 310 pages, and measures 197mm tall x 135mm. The book has soiled covers, deterioration of upper outside corner of many pages. The value in this item is the original A.L BURT dust jacket which is in exceptionally nice condition: no tears, no chips, only the slightest wear at corner tips. NOTE!!!! The dust jacket is NOT the Doubleday Doran jacket (but I recall, though I am not certain, that it has the same design); it is the A.L. Burt dust jacket. I have no idea how the Burt jacket came to be on this Doubleday Doran book. The ensemble is exactly how it came in the collection that I purchased. I did not switch it from one book to another. Perhaps the prior owner did that. I don't know. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK AND JACKET BEING OFFERED.
