Contact seller5-star seller48 pages plus covers. Staple-bound paperback booklet: H 21.25cm x L 13.75cm. No specific publication date but probably 1960 as it was prepared for committees and activities to be initiated in 1961. Slight scuffing at spine ends. Interior pages are bright and clean. Some rust to staples but binding is firm. State government-issue…d manual offering guidance to local government or citizen-organized centennial committees "in planning proper observances of the war years." Although not specifically a Mississippi Association of Citizens' Councils publication one can be fairly certain they were involved with it and certainly would be integral to local community events that the booklet was designed to encourage.
