Son élève a inséré dans le feuille de faux-titre un caricature de Blanche Selva, deux feuilles recueillies sur la tombe de Schubert et de Schumann, et a inséré dans l'ouvrage trois documents : I : une photo de l'artiste examinant une partition, dédicacée : "Affectueux souvenir des "roulements" divers à Inès Gutierrez 29 septembre 1911" ; II : 2 feuillets de notes de cours, dont 2 pages reprographiées et 2 pages autographes de Blanche Selva, laquelle y expose divers exercices : "de contact avec le clavier, d'assouplissement du poignet, de rotation du poignet, d'allègement sur plusieurs notes, d'alourdissement et d'allègement, attaque d'accord, d'empreinte modifiée, etc. ; III : courrier adressé par Layan Lévy à Mlle Gutierrez : "Mademoiselle, je vous attendrai chez Erard mercredi prochain 18 déc. à 10 h. Veuillez préparer une oeuvre ou deux afin que je puisse tout de suite me rendre compte de votre talent".
