Aiming at the problem that Hall sensor is often damaged due to various factors, a new solution is put forward. Instead of relying on the complicated angle observer, a new 180 average velocity estimation method is adopted. Based on the new estimation method, the fault classification method is simplified, and a vector fault-tolerant control system based on Hall sensor is constructed. In order to keep the motor running, a dual-mode control system compatible with sensorless square wave control is proposed. 84 pp. Englisch.
