Cover corners are rounded as are the pages. Contents are complete, including endpapers. Edges are a light tan color, and pages are a variable lighter color, with some spots of darker foxing. Page binding has been shaken, and page 23-24 is loose at the top, else pages are secure and pages are all plainly legible. Owner's signature appears three times, dated 1801.
