This work studies major organizational structure like team-based, functional based and matrix based. There exist some shortcomings in the above mentioned organizational structures. To overcome them, a Novel Hypercube structure along with 8 Disciplines is proposed in this work. The performance of the proposed structure is discussed in the results chapter and is showing better performance compared with other methodologies.
