Contents Very good, clean & tight copy, the odd rare minor mark, (pencil?) inscription inside front W.S Kelt, Dundee, 4th May 1893, from the net found a watchmaker W. S. Kelt in Dundee (Scotland) working in 1875 and other Dundee mentions to him in the early 1900's. Size: 13 x 19.5cm Approx.
