Numerous tears up to 2" long to margins of dust wrapper. 1/4" missing at ends of dust wrapper spine. 2/3" chip to centre of dust wrapper spine. Dust wrapper protected in archival mylar cover. ; 223 pages. Blue cloth covers with black lettering on spine. Inscribed by the author in blue ink on verso of half-title page - "with congratulations and Best Wishes for good success in all your life T E Riddle".
