No Dust Jacket (as issued). Cover: blackand grey laminated card with colour photo image of a painting by Portocarrero and grey and white lettering to front, and black lettering to spine and rear; very bright and clean; just a few signs of shelf wear; slightest rubbing to all edges and corners commensurate with age and use but overall, very good for its age. Internally: very clean and tightly bound; no markings inscriptions or book plates; overall in very good condition. 404 pp.

The main condition issues are a stain from a removed bookplate on the front pastedown, and the prior owner's name on the front flyleaf (see photo). Condition of the dust jacket is Very Good. The DJ is complete, not price clipped. It is protected in a new mylar cover.
