States last copyright was 1969, yet this copy was from 4th print run of 1974, no ISBN was given and the Library of Congress registration was in 1979. The second edition was copyrighted 1973, yet not mentioned in this book. My guess is that there was a mistaken print run of the 1st edition with a typo error. I suspect these books were used as samples by salesmen. This copy looks never to have been opened before I looked at it. Interior is tight, clean and unmarked. Hardcover has blue cloth boards with black and white lettering and designs. No DJ.
