Hardback. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No DW. Folding frontispiece is spotted and creased at leading edge. On verso is written in feint ink in an old hand "Sent to ?Mkt Wales Vicarage". At top of title page is written in another old hand "Mrs Parry the Cedars Sunning Hill". 26 and 240 pages. Illustrated in text (all collated complete). Errata leaf at end. Text is generally quite tight and clean but some pages bit creased and some marks and spots throughout. Original front pastedown had been messily removed and has been replaced with a piece of thin grey card. Rear pastedown is edged by old grey paper (?why). Paper spine (chipped and worn) and title label (entire and bit worn) look to be original as do yellow paper covered boards (much marked and worn). An interesting survival. Book is in only good (that is, fair or average) condition with major signs of wear and/or age.
