Hardcover. 8vo. pp viii, [ii], 342. Yellow, photo illustrated dust jacket. Publisher's brown buckram lettered in gilt at spine. Signed and inscribed by the author at first endpaper. Very good, pages clean and bright throughout. Top edge faintly spotted with a shallow bump at head and foot of spine. In good/fair dust jacket, creased along edges and chipped at spine, with remants of a tape reinforcement at verso.
