Condition: Very Good. Artist's Book 1976. A humorous contrast between the photographer's color solarized nudes and excerpts from a renowned 1881 photography manual. Front titled wraps with flyleafs; 25 unnumbered pages : illustrations (some color); 5.5 by 6.5 inches; leaves printed on rectos with text facing. The bindings are tight and square. Text is clean; light, even age-toning on the wraps and spine. Minimal shelf handling wear. Todd Walker's blends technical precision with creative manipulation, underscoring his influence as an artist who blurred the boundaries between photography, printmaking, and book art. His experiments with offset lithography and the layering of colorssometimes exceeding 30 shades in a single imageare well-regarded in the art world. [Adapted from online reviews].
