Jacket is worn with paper missing in two places. This book amounts to a treatise on the glories of buying, owning and using a 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) camera in the year 1960. Keppler at the time was Executive Editor of Modern Photography magazine. His father was photographer Victor Keppler. The contents are a bit of time capsule considering where photography is in the 21st Century. Still, there is much to be gleaned from this book. From its clunky cover to the author's personal style of writing, this book is unique and useful.
