An account of Allied wartime codebreaking at Bletchley Park, and the daring exploits of the secret agents and naval officers tasked with snatching the Enigma codebooks from stricken German ships and submarines. Commander Ian Fleming (mentioned within) was the Admiralty liaison officer visiting Bletchley twice a month; he devised Operation Ruthless, a deception plan to secure an Enigma codebook.
