Originally published in hard covers by The Bodley Head in 1963. Quite a bit of browning to the spine which is a little stained and has some wrinkling at the top. Light edge and surface wear to covers with a little browning to the edges of the front and rear panels next to the spine. Browning to the insides of the covers. Page edges browned but otherwise clean and unmarked.

The edges of "Electra" are moderately foxed, a small ownership signature in one volume and a bookseller's label in another, otherwise very good in very good dustjackets (two are price-clipped). Treece's well-researched and well-written "Greek Trilogy", the middle volume quite uncommon, and in fact sets are scarce, most volumes found separately. A handsome set with Charles Raymond's jackets designs on Electra & Oedipus, and Heather Copley's on Jason.
