A very good copy of the presumed first hard cover edition (no explicit edition or printing statement) in a like (not clipped) dust-jacket. Previous owner's name modestly in ink to the front endpaper, else the text is wholly unmarked, pristine, and the binding and jacket are bright and fresh in appearance, with a 1/2" intact tear of the jacket at the top of the front flap seam. Simple cardboard slipcase is in very good condition, with a 1.5" intact tear near the base of one side. A sharp copy.
