All surfaces tanned and sunned, particularly spine. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains brighter on front.

Parker's Glossary, in its full and this concise form, was one of the most successful architectural publications of the 19th century. Parker, who was both architect and publisher, did much to disseminate knowledge about architectural forms to a broader audience.
