Con oltre 80 vignette xilografiche nel testo (anche ripetute). Testo steso in caratteri tondi, circondato da commento, con molte iniziali xilografiche. Esemplare privo delle prime due carte: aa1 (frontespizio) e aa2 (prima carta di "Repertotium); della carta aa8; e delle ultime tre: V6, V7 e V8. A guisa di frontespizio, la prima carta è composta da caratteri e fregi xilografici estrapolati da altri libri antichi a formare un titolo sommario dell'opera, con aggiunte manoscritte.
