Powell. Following that is a 16 page appendix of events around the world in 1885 and then a 23 page index of "Matters not Having Special Articles." The volume is still well bound in spite of cracking along the front spine. Front board is still well attached. Boards are rubbed through along some edges -black calf leather title on spine. Book is big and heavy and may require extra postage.
