This is one of the few volumes produced by the WPA which allowed an author's name to appear on the title page. In this case the author's name, Jeremiah Digges, is a pseudonym used by Josef Berger who wrote the book during his spare time while working for the WPA. 403 pages including an index, text and illustrated with black and white photographs throughout and map end papers.
