Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. 1st Edition. 1st edition, 1967. Original pictorial dustjacket defective (creased, rubbed, chipped and missing a quarter of the back cover). The red cloth gilt has been protected well by it's jacket, and is very clean and undamaged. Pages a little age-browned at the edges, internally clean & tight. No inscriptions. Illustrated. 571 pages plus a loosely inserted correction sheet.
