This jacket is exclusive to this edition and differs in colour to the trade edition. The book is Very Fine with straight spine, sharp corners and firm spine ends. This exclusive edition contains the poem "Lara's Lament" unavailable in other editions. The copyright page has the numbers 1-9 present to confirm the first edition state. Signed copies of this edition are very scarce - James only did a handful of signings due to his ill-health and those were at Waterstones.so the majority of attendees simply bought the trade hardcover Waterstones had on sale.
