Slightly smaller, heavy light brown cloth book, light stamp inside front cover for American Merchant Marine Library in New York City, 228 pages plus table of contents. DJ glossy beneath mylar, red on front and spine, spine faded to pink, small b/w photo Bernadotte at top back--killed during UN mission in Palestine. DJ has tiny scratches near middle front, tiny tears at spine top left and right edge, one with crease, thin chip at spine bottom edge, white back very slightly soiled overall, very tiny tear at top back tip. Near Good DJ/Fine book.
