Condition: Fair. 1940. No Edition Remarks. 318 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Orange cloth with gilt titles to spine. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Binding is firm. Slight marks and creases to a few pages. Large dark scuff to p190 but text remains legible. Text block edges are a little tanned and foxed with minor scratches. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Spine is noticeably sunned. Gilt is dulled and worn.
