First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. Front endpage is inscribed, "To Ray, with many thanks for the time I spent in your department, from Yoram". Though his last name was not specified, the inscribee was Dr. Raymond Kaufman who served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for 23 years at the Baylor College of Medicine, and from whose estate this book was purchased. Very Good in a Good dust jacket. Binding is very slightly shaken and there's a small faint stain at bottom of FEP. Jacket is a bit rubbed/scuffed, plus has a few tears (longest being one-inch), and some creasing.
