Format square 32,5 x 32,5 cm, 50 pp. Printed as a japanese book bloc, stitched together with raffia. Original issue, as published. Covers a bit dustsoiled and with some traces of use, interior fine, still a fine/good copy. Dutch edition. Cover is a lithograph by R.N. Roland Holst. (Bibliography: M.F.
