( 20 x 27 cm). viii, 372pp, 20 double-page coloured maps, adverts, all pages lavishly decorated with gilt borders, some spotting on endpapers, inner hinges slightly loose; publisher's pebble-grained cloth over boards, gilt decorated and lettered; a very good copy This attractive hotel guide was published annually by Segg. The first edition was issued in 1871. Tt includes detailed maps, hotel directories, railway routes, steamship routes and london theatre with prices.
