Condition: Fine. First Edition. (Little Rock, USA: Journal of the Sister Fidelma Society May 2002). First Edition. Softback (not issued with a dustwrapper). 16 pp. Bound in cream cardstock covers with black and white images. The Brehon updates fans with exclusives on the author and his character, contributions by both fans and fellow authors, information about the artists involved with the various Fidelma covers, etc. This - the second issue - has, inter alia, a particularly interesting 3 1/2 article by Peter Tremayne as to who he would like to see play the part of Sister Fidelma when the books get made into films. His favoured choice was the actor and writer: Catriona Ni Mhurchu (born in 1969) at 5ft 6 ins with reddy auburn hair and green eyes, with fair skin and freckles): "Maybe it's the Munster heritage, maybe here is someone who has a close affinity with her background and culture who not only captures Fidelma physically, but bin the inflection of her voice, the look and spirit which brings the character to life in exactly the way I had envisioned her when I created her'" Further photographs available upon request.
