Printed in B&W with 114 figures throughout text. 211 pages. This volume comes from the Lincoln Brower collection, though it does not have his name in it. Annotations by Brower on endpapers and throughout text. "On EN" is written on spine, referring to ENDNOTE, the bibliographical program Brower used to organize his books.
