Neuware - Als Teil der anarchosyndikalistischen Bewegung entstand ab 1920 der 'Syndikalistische Frauenbund', der in seiner Hochzeit bis zu 1.000 Frauen umfasste und von 1921 bis 1930 die Zeitung 'Der Frauen-Bund' herausgab. Die Besonderheit dieses anarchosyndikalistischen Frauenzusammenschlusses ergibt sich daraus, dass im Unterschied zur Frauenpolitik anderer Vereinigungen der ArbeiterInnenbewegung bewusst auch nicht erwerbstätige proletarische Hausfrauen und Mütter organisiert wurden. Der Schwerpunkt lag auf dem so genannten Reproduktionsbereich (Haushalt, Kindererziehung). Seine Protagonistinnen, wie z.B. Milly Witkop, die eine Prinzipienerklärung unter dem Titel 'Was will der Syndikalistische Frauenbund ' verfasste, Hertha Barwich, Geschäftsführerin der 'Reichsföderation syndikalistischer Frauenbünde' in Berlin, und Aimée Köster, Schriftleiterin der Zeitung 'Die Schaffende Frau' in Dresden, stellten wiederholt unter Beweis, dass das Private eminent politisch ist. Damit nahmen sie bereits in den 1920er Jahren eine Haltung vorweg, die von der Neuen Frauenbewegung nach 1968 wieder aufgegriffen werden sollte.
