This complete edition features the entire text fully reset in a modern readable typeface, incorporating Ashmole's original errata sheets alongside clear reproductions of Robert Vaughan's original engravings. Also includes an expanded, definitive version of Thomas Charnock's Breviary of Natural Philosophy, utilising a complete manuscript unavailable to Ashmole in 1652.
