Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. First Cornish Edition. Original Rare 1870 First Cornish Edition Very Good Green Hardcover. NOT a library copy. Clean 287 pp. 287 + list of subscribers and advert page. Ex-Libris of Henry Hoare, Stapelhurst with neat bookplate and his signature (See Scan) NO writing in text. Blind tooled on both b…oards Fantastic spells of Conjurors and White Witches. Interesting with the Cornish Apocryphal association of early Hebrew the spells use Hebrew names of the unseen etc. and "Piskeys" (i experieced them in Lelant) The Giant of Portreath. An rare amazing copy in Very Good at least. Very little foxing. The only flaws are head and heel. You can see in our Scans. Still the best copy I have ever seen in over fifty years, not fine but pretty handsome and crisp.
