Oversized hardcover has green nubby-textured cloth-covered boards & is in Good+ condition, downgraded due to 1) heavy fading (to a tan color) around all edges & spine, 2) cloth is starting to split at head of spine-front cover interface, 3) paper pastedown title box to spine is heavily tanned & lightly chipped. Interior is nice & clean, binding strong & straight, hinges secure. Old gift inscription dated 1941 on ffep; NO other writing or underlining or highlighting; not ex-lib.
