Dust Jacket has heavy shelf wear, some loss around spine head, chipping along edges, watermark and stain on front, mirrors book damage; not price clipped. With a Foreword and a Chapter on the Rules by Robert H K Browning, editor of Golfing.

Textblock is gilded on all edges. Text has some age tanning but no foxing. Binding is still tight and true. Second revised and enlarged edition. Very scarce. book.
