I hope/this little book ministers/to your heart./Love/Jack". 183 pages, interior of book is clean and binding is tight. No apparent underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, not ex-libris, no remainder marks. On the dedication page the author has placed his address sticker. The dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover. There is some wear and chipping at the head of the spine and the upper outer edge of the dj on both the back and front covers. However, the dj looks very nice in its protective cover. A very serviceable, author signed, copy. Signed By the Author.

There is some bumping at the head and tail of the spine and at the bottom of the front cover, plus some cornerwear. At the bottom outer edge of the last 20 or so pages there is some tanning, also a touch on thevery bottom outer edgeof the back cover. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Dj has an approximate 2 1/4" tear at the top of the front cover near the spine and edge wear and chipping at the head and tail of the spine. On the back cover of the dj there is a approximate 2 1/2" tear at the bottom. Dust jacket itself looks quite attractive in its protective cover. Volume and dust jacket are really in better shape than the description may suggest. A very serviceable copy.
