Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. First edition. 4to. [18], 3-114 pp. Tan cloth with black lettering on the front board, black lettering on the spine. Blue endpapers and pastedowns. Price of $12 on the front flap of the dust jacket. Illustrated with two folding plates and a few full-page black and white photographs. A name on the front pastedown and the textblock's top edge foxed; jacket toned on its spine panel with a wrinkle on its front panel.
