Hardcover. Condition: Good. Cobwebs and Other Poems. By Anna Ross Weeks and published in New York City by The Grafton Press. 1929. 53 pp. 7.5" x 5.25". Hardcover. Overall good, with loss of dust jacket, if issued. Superficial loss from removed label on top of front board. Text block bound well overall, with light wear between pages 32 and 33. Undated inscription on front end page, with some additional markings present. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce early printing. Anna Ross Weeks (1849-1929) was an American poet and suffragist. Despite being an early opponent to women's suffrage, she later became one of its most vocal supporters, arguing that a lack of female participation in society and government would lead to societal decline.
