Very Good+ with a few minor scuffs and stains to edges. Small scratch to front wrap and peeling to laminate on bottom of back wrap of Vol. 1. Nice shape overall. A mammoth work on the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The author was a longtime habitue of the JFK assassination scene (in addition to circulating in the UFO and sci-fi subcultures) who knew most of the major researchers on the case since November 22, 1963. He pays tribute to them here, summarizing their work and adding some details and personal reminiscences. The second book, Masques of New Orleans, is arguably the strongest, with some interesting insights on the Big Easy figures D.A. Jim Garrison prosecuted such as David Ferrie and Clay Shaw. These books seem to have had hardly any distribution (not surprising as they were self-published in the oughts and Flammonde was a proud Luddite in his late 70s) and are quite uncommon in commerce.…
