Soft cover. Condition: Good. Good-. This lot of 46 mimeographed bulletins was deaccessioned from the Harvard College Library (originally received from the Survey); also included are photocopies of the missing 13 mimeographed bulletins (specified above), in order to make this lot a complete run of bulletins 1-59 (September 24, 1919 - December 12, 1922). Laid in at top of the bulletins is a mimeographed 1 April 1922 letter from Pennsylvania state geologist George H. Ashley, addressed "Dear Sir" (presumably sent to university librarians, with this one being sent to a Harvard librarian), listing the bulletins that he was mailing to them. Many of the mimeographed bulletins have wear, short margin tears and/or chips and some soil; the bulletins range in length from 3 p. to 26 p.; most are about 11 p. each. Mailing this heavy lot outside the United States will cost much more than is specified in the shipping matrix. [otob: 43r].
