Loosely inserted is the author's card with a further personal note to the reciepient. 63pp. Blue, cloth-covered boards with white lettering. The flimsy dust-jacket is dusty, has wear at the extremities and a 2.5cm loss at the top of the spine, not price-clipped, now with a clear jacket protector. Scarce.
