Spine head and heel with some wear and corners bumped. Owner's signature on Title page and half title, some handwritten ink notes from meetings in 1922 in notes section at rear. Main page block in very good condition, minor splitting in two places in first page section, occasional minor spotting. Page block edge is tinted in speckled pink, original publisher's pink satin book mark present and in very good condition. Overall a really nice copy.
