Capstick recorded wally s story and later got it typed for the press. Wally himself went after elephants for ivory during his spare time, and hunted man eating lion (see images of the man eating lion and one of its victims. Neatly inscribed, signed and dated by the subject thus: "To, John , the great Cat trainer, with best wishes, Wally Johnson , "Opa" 7/11/89". The book is illustrated with photo plates, 220 pages with index, a very good volume with unclipped dust jacket protected in clear mylar wraps. One of a kind - a presentation copy from the late hunter himself. Signed by Author(s).
