Title printed in black & red, with a vignette. Illustrated with an original engraved etching signed by Walcot. Additionally illustrated with a photo of Walcot and 65 reproductions of his etchings and water colours of which 35 are full page (6 in color), each with a leaf of explanation. Edition limited to 250 numbered copies (this is #229). Complete as issued with the one engraved signed etching as called for in the table of contents. One leaf of explanation with a repaired closed tear. William Walcot (1874-1943) was a Scottish architect, graphic artist and etcher.
